Latham Advises BC Partners on Its investment in InfoRLife in Partnership With ACS Dobfar

Latham & Watkins has advised BC Partners, a leading international investment firm, on the acquisition of a co-control stake in InfoRLife SA from its founder and CEO Sergio Dusci and the founding families of ACS Dobfar.

Founded in 2002 as a division of ACS, InfoRLife is the only pure-play B2B dossier developer and CDMO specialising in the ready-to-use IV infusion bag market. Headquartered in Switzerland, the company provides end-to-end development, manufacturing, and out-licensing capabilities and operates three sites across Switzerland, Romania, and Tunisia.

The Latham team was led by partners Stefano Sciolla and Andrea Stincardini with associates Guido Hassan and Andrea Carvelli, and trainees Alfonso Caterino and Sergio Montaldo. Advice was also provided on antitrust matters by counsel Giuseppe Liotine; and on regulatory matters by partner Cesare Milani.
