Giovanni is an associate in the Frankfurt office of Latham & Watkins. He practices in the Litigation & Trial Department and is a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation and International Arbitration Practices.
Giovanni advises and represents clients in litigation before German courts, as well as in national and international arbitration proceedings. His practice encompasses complex corporate, insolvency, securities, and data privacy litigation.
Before joining Latham & Watkins, Giovanni gained valuable experience as a research assistant in the dispute resolution practices of several prestigious international law firms in Frankfurt. Additionally, he possesses extensive knowledge in public M&A, private equity, and insolvency and restructuring matters.
Giovanni is currently pursuing a PhD in corporate law at the University of Heidelberg.
