  • BlackRock as arranger and original lender in connection with:
    • A multicurrency term and revolving facilities agreement in respect to Blackstone’s acquisition of the HH Global group*
    • A senior secured financing in respect to Marlin’s acquisition of Linnworks*
  • Deutsche Bank and Bybrook as members of the ad hoc group of lenders in connection with the US$5.6 billion Chapter 11 restructuring of Seadrill*
  • Golub, Hayfin, KKR, MV Credit, NatWest, Park Square, Partners and SMBC as lenders in connection with a financing package to support Apax’s acquisition of the Alcumus group*
