Garrett Shaw

Garrett Shaw is a corporate associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins.

Garrett represents emerging growth companies and venture capital investors on a variety of transactional legal matters, including venture capital financings, hybrid capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, and general day-to-day corporate matters.

Garrett earned his JD from Georgetown, where he was a Business Law Scholar. Prior to law school, Garrett founded a venture-backed technology startup company.
