Garrett Shaw is a corporate associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins.
Garrett represents public and private companies, emerging growth companies, and venture capital investors on a variety of transactional legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, hybrid capital investments, and general day-to-day corporate matters.
Garrett earned his JD from Georgetown, where he was selected as a Business Law Scholar. During law school, he worked in the corporate legal department of the world’s largest bitcoin treasury company.
