Gabe Marx is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Gabe advises public and private companies, as well as private equity funds, on a variety of corporate matters and strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and minority investments.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Gabe was a summer associate in the Washington, D.C. office and served as a judicial extern for Chief Special Master Brian H. Corcoran at the Office of Special Masters in the US Court of Federal Claims.

Gabe maintains an active pro bono practice, providing legal advice to small businesses, artists, and entrepreneurs on issues regarding corporate governance, entity formation and structuring, commercial agreements, and intellectual property.

Gabe attended Wake Forest University School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Wake Forest Law Review and was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Gabe also received the Dean Suzanne Reynolds Award for the highest grade in Entertainment Law Drafting.
