Franz Pechmann is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ Munich office.
Franz advises companies and financial investors primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, as well as general corporate law matters.
He studied law in Cambridge and Munich. Prior to joining Latham as an associate, he practiced at international law firms in Germany and Mexico and completed a secondment with EQT.
