Florian Feistle

Florian Feistle is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins' Düsseldorf office.

Mr. Feistle mainly advises companies on national and cross-border M&A transactions as well as on general corporate law.

He studied law at the University of Munich and the University of Uppsala in Sweden and took a master program in commercial law at the University of Cologne. Mr. Feistle is a trained business mediator (MuCDR) and gained practical experience at other international law firms and companies as part of his legal clerkship.
