Farisha Khan is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Structured Finance and Securitization Practice.

Ms. Khan represents leading sponsors, credit funds, corporate borrowers, banks, and other financial institutions in a broad range of structured finance and securitization transactions across a range of asset classes, including collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), residential and commercial mortgages, consumer loans, and trade receivables.

Ms. Khan's structured products experience extends to fund financings, litigation financings, asset backed lending facilities, equity-linked and hybrid capital markets issues, repackaging platforms, structured securities, and all related regulatory aspects.

Ms. Khan maintains an active pro bono practice, with experience in the social finance and impact investing sector. Most recently, she assisted a social impact investment fund on real estate financing matters in relation to its inaugural social housing fund which assists charities across the UK to acquire portfolio of properties to house individuals in receipt of housing benefit.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Khan practiced in the London and New York offices of a Magic Circle law firm.

  • Jefferies International Limited as arranger on the warehousing facility of Bilbao IV CLO DAC*
  • Citibank N.A, as arranger and initial purchaser on the warehousing facility and CLO public issuances of St. Paul’s XII DAC and Jubilee CLO 2018-XXI DAC reset* 
  • Citibank N.A., London branch as lender, facility agent, and calculation agent on numerous private fund financings*
  • Investcorp Credit Management EU Limited on the establishment, capital raising, and on-going operations of certain of its credit funds; financing facilities related to its credit business; and numerous Harvest warehouses and public issuance deals on which it acts as the portfolio manager*
  • Partners Group (UK) Limited on the establishment and ongoing operations of certain of its credit funds, financing facilities related to its credit business and numerous warehouses, and public CLO issuances on which it acts as the portfolio manager*
  • Napier Park Global Capital Limited on the establishment, capital raising and on-going operations of certain of its credit funds, and numerous warehouses and public CLO issuances on which it acts as the portfolio manager or invests as a third party equity investor*
