Farisha Khan is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking & Private Credit Practice.

Farisha represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as corporates, banks, and credit funds, on leveraged and acquisition financings. She focuses on complex, cross-border transactions across syndicated and private credit markets.

She also advises on structured and bespoke financing matters, including hybrid capital, asset-backed lending, and securitisations.

Prior to joining Latham, Farisha practiced in the London and New York offices of a Magic Circle law firm.
