Farisha Khan is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking Practice.

Ms. Khan represents sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, and other financial institutions across a broad range of finance transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition financings. 

Ms. Khan also has experience advising on structured finance matters, including securitizations and asset-backed financings.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Khan practiced in the London and New York offices of a Magic Circle law firm.
