Fadzai Ramwi is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department, Financial Institutions Group, and the Capital Markets, Derivatives, and Structured Finance practices.
Fadzai has transactional and advisory experience advising buy-side and sell-side clients on derivatives-based hedging, acquisition, and financing strategies.
Prior to qualification, Fadzai trained in the firm’s London and Dubai offices, gaining experience in the leveraged finance and corporate departments, and completed a finance secondment at a leading US investment bank.
