Ethan Hoffman is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office, whose work focuses on antitrust litigation and merger clearance for leading clients.

Ethan clerked for Judge Michael B. Brennan of the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and Judge Justin R. Walker of the US Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.

Ethan graduated summa cum laude from George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School, where he was a member of the George Mason Law Review and Moot Court Board. While a law student, Mr. Hoffman interned for Commissioner Christine S. Wilson of the Federal Trade Commission and Judge Dabney L. Friedrich of the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
