Vertu Capital as lead investor in the C$60 million minority recapitalization of Dejero Labs, an innovator in resilient connectivity for critical communications, in partnership with Ubicom Ventures*
CPP Investments as an investor in the US$70 million Series C financing of Canalyst Financial Modeling, a leading provider of financial data and analytics*
