Eric Green is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Green served as a law clerk to Judge Alice M. Batchelder of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. During law school, Mr. Green was a judicial intern on the United States Court of Federal Claims.

Before law school, Mr. Green was a legislative assistant for US Senator Ben Sasse, covering banking and economic issues. Prior to joining Senator Sasse’s staff, Mr. Green worked as the director of data research and analysis for the Senator's first Senate campaign.

Mr. Green also worked for three years as a business strategy consultant for a Fortune 250 company, advising private and public sector clients on a wide range of topics with a special focus on technology issues.
