Eric Gonzalez is an associate in the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins.
Eric represents clients on a range of corporate and transactional matters within technology, fintech, aerospace, and financial services industries.
Eric maintains an active pro bono practice, representing unaccompanied migrant children through their legal proceedings.
Prior to joining Latham, Eric was a summer associate in the firm’s Silicon Valley office.
While in law school, Eric served as an editor on the UC Law Science and Technology Journal and on the board of the UC Law Latinx Law Students Association. Eric also served as a student associate at UC Law Startup Legal Garage, assisting startup companies with incorporation and data privacy matters.
