Eric Finkelberg is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Finkelberg represents public and private companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions in mergers, acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and joint ventures. His practice focuses on capital markets, including initial public offerings (IPOs) and secondary offerings, as well as investment grade and high-yield debt offerings, and tender offers.

Mr. Finkelberg also represents companies with respect to general corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance issues, Exchange Act reporting obligations, and stock exchange rules and requirements.

Mr. Finkelberg maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals in various immigration related matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Finkelberg was a corporate associate at a leading international law firm. While attending Cornell Law School, Mr. Finkelberg served as symposium editor for the Cornell International Law Journal
