Emma Gilmore is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.

Emma represents clients in a variety of complex equity and debt capital markets and private credit transactions. Her experience includes advising corporate issuers, investment banks, and private equity sponsors on initial public offerings, convertible note offerings, investment-grade and high-yield debt offerings, and private placements. She also has experience working with private credit funds and direct lenders on strategic financings and hybrid capital solutions.

Emma was previously seconded to BofA Securities, where she advised on equity and equity-linked capital markets transactions. She currently serves as a member of the firm’s Recruitment Committee.
