Latham Advises on TRexBio’s US$116.7 Million Initial Public Offering

Firm represents the underwriters in the IPO by the clinical-stage biotechnology company.

TRex Bio, Inc. (TRexBio) (Nasdaq: TRXB), a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on tissue Treg biology for the discovery and development of immunoregulatory medicines, has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,333,334 shares of its common stock at an initial public offering price of US$14 per share. All of the shares are being offered by TRexBio. The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses, are expected to be approximately US$116.7 million. TRexBio’s common stock is expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on October 9, 2026, under the ticker symbol TRXB. The offering is expected to close on October 13, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. In addition, TRexBio has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,250,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
