  • Bellis Acquisition Company Plc in connection with its issuance of €1.750 billion Senior Secured Notes and concurrent tender offer for €2.750 billion existing notes
  • Paragon Partners and cunova GmbH on the business combination agreement and de-SPAC process with SDCL EDGE Acquisition Corporation (SEDA)
  • The initial purchasers in connection with the offering of £475 million (equivalent) dual tranche Senior Secured Notes due 2027 by Iceland Bondco plc and concurrent tender offer for £500 million existing notes and consent solicitation
  • Shelf Drilling Holdings, Ltd. in their issuance of US$1.095 billion 9.625% Senior Secured Notes due 2029 and concurrent tender offer for US$1.210 billion existing notes
