Latham Advises Platinum Equity and Urbaser on €2.7 Billion Financing
Latham & Watkins has advised Platinum Equity and its portfolio company Urbaser, a world leader in environmental solutions, on its €2.7 billion refinancing and dividend recapitalization.
The financing included the offering of €800 million 5½% senior secured notes due 2032, €1.5 billion term loan B facility, and a revolving credit facility in aggregate principal amount of up to €400 million (which remained undrawn on the issue date) under a senior facilities agreement.
