Edward Wang

Edward Wang is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins’ New York office. 

Before joining Latham full-time, Edward was a summer associate in the New York office.

Edward earned his JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as Vice President of the Corporate and Financial Law Organization. 

Prior to law school, Edward worked in the logistics industry, performing supply chain analysis and optimization for small and medium-sized enterprises.
