Ed Reynolds is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.
Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ed was a summer associate in the Boston office.
While in law school, Ed was a Business Law Scholar and Institute of International Economic Law Fellow and received Exceptional Pro Bono Recognition from Georgetown Law for completing over 200 hours of service. Ed was a Summer Scholar at the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) within the Division of Enforcement and served as a legal intern at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) within the Department of Enforcement, the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) within the Executive Office of the President’s Office of Management and Budget, the US Department of Justice’s Money Laundering and Asset Recovery Section (MLARS) within the Criminal Division, and the Washington Capitals. Ed also served as a Georgetown Fellow at the National Association of Counties (NACo). Additionally, Ed was a Civil Procedure tutor and a research assistant for a professor focusing on decentralized finance and digital assets.
Prior to law school, Ed worked in a variety of financial services roles at one of the world’s largest asset managers and custodian banks in Boston. Ed also formerly served as a New York City Teaching Fellow and taught high school English in the Bronx.
