Ted advises private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and private and public company borrowers on a variety of secured and unsecured credit facilities in a broad range of industries. His experience includes:

- Cross-border financings
- Private equity and private debt subscription lines of credit
- Fund financings
- Debt restructurings
- Fund-level NAV financings
Ted received his JD from the University of Minnesota Law School, where he served as an articles editor on the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science & Technology.
