Ebenezer Abaidoo is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Abaidoo advises public and private companies, private equity funds, and strategic investors in a variety of complex transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, minority and preferred equity investments, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. Mr. Abaidoo also represents issuers, originators, sponsors, lenders, and investors in complex financing, warehouse facilities, and securitization transactions. His experience spans various industries including entertainment and media, technology, and healthcare.

As part of his active pro bono practice, Mr. Abaidoo helps under-resourced entrepreneurs start and grow their business and advises artists on transactional legal matters.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Mr. Abaidoo was a summer associate in the firm’s New York office. He also worked as a legal intern at a top boutique entertainment law firm, serving clients in the motion picture, television, and Broadway theater industries.

Mr. Abaidoo’s experience includes advising:
