Latham & Watkins Advises Highland Electric Fleets on US$150 Million Equity Investment From Aiga Capital Partners

Firm represents the electric fleet company in transaction to accelerate national expansion.
Highland Electric Fleets has announced that it has secured up to US$150 million in new equity financing from Aiga Capital Partners, adding capacity to support growth and building on an already strong balance sheet. The investment will help Highland expand into new markets and support additional deployments beginning in 2026.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised Highland Electric Fleets in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by partners Caroline Phillips, Justin T. Stolte, and Ethan Schultz, with associates Jesse Lake, Katelyn Hughes, Ebenezer Abaidoo, and Mack Weber. Advice was also provided on tax matters by partner Rene De Vera.
