Darcy Kuang is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

Darcy represents banks, financial institutions, private equity firms, and corporate borrowers in a variety of financing transactions, including in connection with leveraged buyouts, acquisition financing, recapitalizations, and refinancing across a range of industries.

Before joining Latham, Darcy was a Public Interest Law Initiative Fellow at the University Illinois Chicago Community Enterprise & Solidarity Economy Clinic, representing worker-owned cooperatives and nonprofits.

While in law school, Darcy served as co-chair of the Midwestern Law Society.
