David Turitzin is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.
David advises private equity sponsors, investment banks, and corporate issuers on cross-border high-yield and other international capital markets transactions. His experience includes Rule 144A/Reg S offerings, SEC-registered offerings, acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, liability management transactions, private placements, and structured and asset-backed transactions across a broad range of industries.
Prior to joining Latham, David practiced in the New York office of another international law firm.
While completing his legal studies at the University of Virginia School of Law, David served as Editor-in-Chief of the Virginia Tax Review.
