Daniele Isidoro is an associate in the Milan office of Latham & Watkins. Daniele advises national and international clients on a wide array of public law and regulatory matters in the context of both M&A and capital markets transactions, as well as day-by-day operations and non-adjudicatory proceedings.

Daniele’s practice covers EU and national sector-specific regulations, as well as cross-sector public law matters such as environmental law, supply chain and sustainability disclosure, public procurement, corporate criminal compliance (231 Decree), investment control (FDI), international sanctions, and data protection.
