Craig Kornreich, Regional Department Chair of the firm’s Texas Finance Department and a driving force behind the inception and growth of Latham’s Houston office, represents arrangers and borrowers in syndicated financings.

Craig guides world-leading financial institutions and borrowers on their most sophisticated financing transactions, including:

Craig combines commercial creativity and strong technical skills to devise financial structures that fit the specific needs of his clients and the transaction at hand.

Craig is the longest-standing member of Latham’s firmwide internal strategy committee. He maintains an active pro bono practice, including advising on veterans’ rights matters, and has served on Latham’s Pro Bono Committee.
