Costa Thrasyvoulou is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Real Estate Practice.
Costa represents owners and operators, private equity firms, asset managers, real estate companies, lenders, and borrowers on all aspects of commercial real estate, including real estate focused private equity and M&A transactions, joint ventures, co-investments, sale-leaseback transactions, high value landlord-tenant work, hotel and resort management, sales, acquisitions, and financing.
He advises clients on a variety of transactions within logistics, hospitality, leisure, life sciences, electric-charging, and retail sectors.
Costa maintains an active pro bono practice, representing welfare benefit claimants in their appeals against removal of Personal Independent Payment benefit; local charities in respect of small-scale leasing; legal advice centers; and human trafficking related cases.
Costa has previously spent time on secondment at the Mary Ward Legal Centre advising welfare benefit claimants in their appeals against removal of Personal Independent Payment benefit and six months’ working in the Sao Paulo office of a Magic Circle law firm as a trainee.
