Conrad Proulx is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Project Development & Finance Practice.

Conrad advises a variety of financial institutions, sponsors, and developers in connection with the development and financing of energy and infrastructure projects, including renewable energy projects.

Before joining the Washington, D.C. office, Conrad was an associate at another leading international law firm, representing development finance institutions and export credit agencies in connection with the development and financing of projects in a variety of sectors, including energy and infrastructure.
