Claire McCloskey

Claire McCloskey is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking & Private Credit Practice. 

Claire’s experience includes advising sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, and other financial institutions across a broad range of cross-border finance transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition financings. 

Prior to qualification, Claire trained in the firm’s London office, gaining experience in structured finance, restructuring, and corporate matters. Claire also spent time on secondment to Moneybox.
