    • the sale of the Kersia group (global leader in biosecurity and food safety), other co-investors, and managers to IK Investment Partners 
  • Atomico in its investment in Sorare’s Series B raise, the largest ever in the non-fungible token (NFT) space
  • Körber, an international technology company, in the sale of a minority stake in its supply chain software business to KKR 
  • SHD in the acquisition of a majority stake in Pragma Informatique
