Latham & Watkins has advised General Catalyst on the €385 million Series A financing round of Mistral AI, a French start-up specializing in generative artificial intelligence. The fundraising values Mistral AI at €2 billion (post-money valuation).
The round was led by a16z, with participation from General Catalyst and Lightspeed Venture Partners.
The Latham team advising General Catalyst was led by Paris partner Simon Lange, with associate Christos Ierna.
