Christopher Sullivan supports knowledge management initiatives for the Structured Finance Practice and Derivatives, Equities & Structured Products Practice in London. He is a member of the Financial Institutions Industry Group.

Mr. Sullivan leverages long-standing experience in structured finance and capital market transactions, acting for underwriters, originators, investors, and service providers across a variety of transaction structures and asset classes.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Sullivan was a knowledge management lawyer for the securitization, derivatives, and capital markets teams at another international law firm. Before that, he was a transactional lawyer at a Magic Circle firm and was seconded to the investment banking divisions of Barclays and RBS in London.
