Christine Greeley is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins. Christine represents clients in antitrust litigation from the filing of the compliant through discovery, dispositive motions, and trial. Her antitrust litigation experience includes cases involving monopolization, monopsonization, conspiracy, refusal to deal, and merger challenges. Christine’s experience spans industries including sports, healthcare, consumer products, agricultural products, and technology.

Before joining Latham, Christine served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Laurel Beeler in the Northern District of California.

Prior to attending law school, Christine worked as a Paralegal Specialist at the US Department of Justice, Antitrust Division.

Christine’s experience includes representing:

  • US Soccer, the national governing body for the sport in the United States, in securing a total defense victory in a federal jury trial
  • World Aquatics (formerly FINA) in litigation brought by the International Swimming League. After a two week trial, the jury awarded US$1 in damages
  • NASCAR in antitrust litigation brought by two racing teams
  • US Sugar, an agricultural products company, in defeating the DOJ’s challenge to US Sugar’s acquisition of Imperial Sugar in the US District Court of Delaware
  • The Atlantic Coast Conference in connection with lawsuits related to student athlete name, image, and likeness rights, and compensation and benefits
  • Avadel Pharmaceuticals in its monopolization case against Jazz Pharmaceuticals
