Christina McLeod is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Tax Department.

Ms. McLeod advises clients on transactional and international tax matters, primarily the tax consequences of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, private equity investments, public offerings of debt and equity securities, and financing transactions.

While in law school, Ms. McLeod and her team won the International and European Tax Moot Court Competition held at KU Leuven.
