Chiara Giustiniani is an associate in the Milan office of Latham & Watkins.

Chiara primarily handles corporate law matters and regularly advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of transactions, such as:

  • Mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity deals
  • Divestitures
  • Strategic commercial contracts
  • Corporate governance
  • Venture capital

She advises clients on transactions across multiple industries, including fashion, beauty and personal care, aerospace, pharma, irrigation, and professional services.

Chiara also serves on the firm’s Pro Bono Committee.
