Chiara Giuseppina Eramo

Chiara Eramo is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. 

Chiara represents financial institutions and private credit funds on a wide variety of finance transactions, including acquisition financings, syndicated loan transactions, and liability management transactions.

Prior to joining Latham, Chiara was an associate at another major international law firm, where she focused primarily on representing financial institutions, private debt funds as well as borrowers on a variety of complex financings.
