Chase Browndorf is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Chase represents public and private companies, private equity firms, and their portfolio companies in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and public offerings and private placements of securities. Chase also advises companies on general corporate and securities matters, including public reporting obligations.

Prior to joining Latham, Chase was an associate at another international law firm.
