Latham Advises on Select Water Solutions’ US$175 Million Public Offering of Common Stock

Select Water Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: WTTR), a leading provider of sustainable water and chemical solutions to the energy industry, has announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 13,725,491 shares of its Class A common stock, par value US$0.01 per share, at a price to the public of US$12.75 per share. The offering is expected to close on February 23, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
