Charlotte Ma is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Banking & Private Credit Practice.
Charlotte represents sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, credit funds, and other financial institutions across a broad range of finance transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings and refinancings.
Charlotte trained in the firm’s London office and completed a secondment to the New York office, gaining experience in the Corporate, Project Development & Finance, and Litigation & Trial departments, in addition to the Banking & Private Credit Group.
