Cassidy Rowe is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice.

Cassidy represents public and private companies, private equity firms, and strategic investors in a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and professional sports franchise investments, acquisitions, and sales.

While attending University of Pennsylvania Law School, Cassidy served as the president of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society.

Prior to joining Latham & Watkins full-time, Cassidy was a summer associate in the New York office.
