Caroline Reckler, a nationally recognized bankruptcy lawyer, advises debtors around the world on all aspects of restructuring and special situations. She serves as Finance Department Chair for the Chicago office.
Ms. Reckler regularly advises public and private companies in financial distress and purchasers of distressed companies. Specifically, she helps clients navigate:
