Caroline Koller is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Caroline represents clients on corporate transactions, including issuers and initial purchasers in connection with securities offerings.

Prior to joining the firm, Caroline received her law degree from UCLA School of Law, during which time she spent a semester studying French and European Union law at Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas.

Caroline's experience includes advising:

  • Vår Energi in connection with its $1.5 billion dual-tranche senior notes issuance
  • The underwriters in connection with the offering of US$5.5 billion notes by the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland, listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange
  • The initial purchasers in connection with ASK Chemicals’ €325 million issuance of senior secured notes
  • Belron UK Finance plc in connection with its €8.1 billion (equivalent) senior secured note and term loan financing, the proceeds of which were used to pay an extraordinary dividend to its shareholders
  • Verisure, a Hellman & Friedman portfolio company offering home security products and services, in its issuance of €525 million senior secured notes
