Brock Jones is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.
Brock advises a range of clients in strategic corporate transactions, including public and private companies and private equity funds. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently assisting on estate planning matters for Lone Star Legal Aid clients and research matters for Texas Appleseed.
While attending law school, Brock served as podcast editor of the Houston Law Review, was a teaching assistant for torts and constitutional law, and published an award-winning article. Prior to law school, Brock attended Texas A&M University where he earned his BS in Business with minors in Horticulture and Chemistry.
