Britton Davis counsels clients on business-critical antitrust issues, including Hart-Scott-Rodino Act compliance, mergers and acquisitions, conduct investigations, and competitor collaborations.

Mr. Davis’s antitrust experience spans multiple industries, and he has represented clients before the Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and numerous international competition agencies.

Mr. Davis regularly counsels companies regarding:

  • International merger control regimes, including clearance strategy and efforts
  • Potential antitrust liability associated with horizontal and vertical conduct
  • Antitrust compliance auditing and training

He maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in asylum matters before US Citizenship and Immigration Services.

In law school, Mr. Davis served as the executive note editor of the Boston College International & Comparative Law Review. He currently serves on the University of Virginia Serpentine Society alumni organization’s board.
