Bridget advises public and private companies and financial sponsors across a range of sectors in mergers, equity and asset acquisitions and divestitures, carve-out transactions, joint ventures, and other corporate and governance matters. She also regularly advises clients on general corporate and governance matters.

Bridget’s experience includes a wide variety of asset management M&A, including minority investments, securitizations, syndications, and co-investments.
