Content Partners and global investment firm Carlyle's (Nasdaq: CG) Global Credit platform announced the successful closing of a single-asset continuation vehicle for Content Partners LLC, the leading independent owner of major studio-distributed films, television programming, and related participations.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Content Partners and its management team in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Los Angeles partner Liliana Ranger and New York partner Alex Kelly, with New York counsel Jennifer Wong and associates Bridget O’Connell and Sally Wu, and an executive compensation and benefits team led by Los Angeles partner Larry Seymour, with associate Aaron Tso.
