Brian Bruzzo advises clients on corporate finance and securities law, including securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and public company representation matters.

Mr. Bruzzo maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals seeking asylum status in the United States and serving on the Houston office’s pro bono committee.

While attending law school at the University of Virginia, Mr. Bruzzo was an assistant managing editor for the Virginia Journal of International Law. Prior to joining Latham full-time, Mr. Bruzzo was a summer associate in Latham’s Houston office.
