Bradley Puffenbarger is an associate in the San Diego office and is a member of the Litigation & Trial Department.

Mr. Puffenbarger primarily advises on securities litigation and other complex commercial litigation, and has experience representing financial institutions, corporations, and individuals in high-profile matters, including:

  • Shareholder derivative litigation
  • Securities class action suits
  • Internal investigations
  • Other complex litigation

Prior to joining the firm full-time, Mr. Puffenbarger was a summer associate in the New York office.

While in law school, Mr. Puffenbarger was editor-in-chief of the Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review.
