Bijun Huang is an associate in the Singapore office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Bijun Huang’s practice involves a wide range of transactions, including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, and private equity.

Prior to joining Latham, she worked at a leading international law firm. During law school, Bijun was a judicial extern for the Honorable James Donato in the US District Court, Northern District of California.

Hyundai Motor India on its US$3.3 billion initial public offering on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) — this transaction marks the largest IPO in India to date and the second-largest IPO globally in 2024, and was awarded Equity Market Deal of the Year at the ALB India Law Awards 2025, and Capital Markets Deal of the Year by India Business Law Journal’s Deals of the Year Awards 2024
VinFast Auto, a leading Vietnamese automotive manufacturer, on the business combination with Black Spade Acquisition Co., a special purpose acquisition company
